Our Fulfillment Approach

To serve customers in different regions more efficiently, some Alvioren™ products may be shipped through selected fulfillment partners and distribution channels. This model helps us maintain a practical product flow, support a broader delivery range, and keep our catalog available across multiple markets.

We work to ensure each order is prepared carefully before shipment and appreciate your patience while your package is on the way.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

Each order is reviewed and prepared before dispatch.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. This includes order verification, packing, and shipment arrangement.

High-Volume Periods
During holidays, promotional events, or seasonal peaks, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 per order.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the destination and local carrier operations.

United States
10–15 business days

Canada / United Kingdom / Australia
11–16 business days

Other International Destinations
15–20 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimated and may vary depending on transportation conditions, customs handling, or regional carrier schedules.

3. Tracking Information

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please keep in mind:

  • Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment is created
  • A temporary delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean the package is not moving
  • Carrier scans may appear at different times depending on the shipping route

4. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

For international shipments, orders may be delivered under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

This means:

  • Import duties, customs charges, or local taxes, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer
  • Alvioren™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country

Customs requirements vary by region, so final charges, if any, are determined by local authorities.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are submitted for processing shortly after purchase, any update request must be sent as soon as possible.

If you need to revise your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

After an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us and include your order details.

Damaged Delivery
If your item arrives with visible damage, please send photos within 72 hours after delivery. After review, we will arrange a replacement when applicable.

Lost Shipment
If the carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement.
